Chris Hillman is a Guitarist / Pedal Steel Guitarist based in Manchester U.K. In June 2009 he graduated from Salford University with a BA Honours degree in Popular Music and Recording specialising in Music Performance and Direction. Originally a guitar player; his passion for country music moved him towards the Pedal Steel. Since first learning to play the Pedal Steel he has featured the instrument in many different styles within his work, including, but not limited to, Country, Jazz, Blues and Bluegrass. More Recently working with songwriters such as Alexis Mclean and Ruth & Gabriel Minnikin on their U.K. tour.
